Chana Koliwada is crispy , spicy , and tangy snack that comes straight from bustling streets

Ingredients:
1 cup boil chickpeas (Kabuli chana)
2 tsp gram flour (besan)
2 tsp rice flour ( chawal ka atta)
1 tsp corn flour
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 turmeric powder
1/2 gram masala
1tsp chaat masala
1tsp ginger garlic
1tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Method:
In a bowl ,add boiled chickpeas , ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder,
Turmeric garam masala and salt mix well and set as side for 15 min
In another bowl , mix gram flour,rice flour,cornflour ,chaat masala ,and little water
