Masaledaar Bhare Baigan Recipe - Ghar ka desi swad
Bhare Baigan ek traditional Indian dish hai
Jo region recipe region main alag style mein banti hai yeh recipe maharashtrian - style north indian flavor ka mix hai - thick masala
Stuffing, soft baigan aur Masaledaar gravy k saath.
Ingredients:
👇for stuffing Masala :
3 tsp roosted peanut powder (moongfali)
2 tsp grated dry coconut (nariyal)
3 -4 medium tomato
1tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1tsp oil
1tsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
1tsp tamarind paste (imli)
For main Dish
8 - 10 small brinjals (baigan)
2tsp oil
1tsp muster seeds,cumin seeds(rai jeera)
Water as required
Some kari leaves.
Step by step :
Hare baigan ko + shape mai cut kare lekin niche se juda rakhe.
Baigan ko Paani main 10 min daal kar rakhein
Taaki kala na ho
Step 2 :masala stuffing tayar karien
Ek bowl mein stuffing ke sab ingredients ache se mix karein paste bana k
Har baigan k andar yeh masala dhyan se bhare dein.
Step :3 cooking start karien
Kadhai main tel garam karein rai jeera , kari patta daal k baigan daal k bhune
bacha huva masala bhi upar se daal de
Step 4: cook karein (dum style)
1/2 cup paani daal kar kadhai cover karein
15 - 20 min slow flame par pakaye jab tak baigan soft ho jayein
Beech main halka sa stir karte rahe
Step 5:serve karein
Hara dhaniya se garnish karein
Tips : baigan ke size chote aur fresh ho to taste or bhi ata hai
Gravy version chahiye to thoda extra pani aad karien
Heavy bottom kadhai
