Anda curry Recipe - Masaledaar Egg curry


Intro:

Anda curry ek aisi dish hai jo har kitchen main apne style se banti hai .

 Restaurant style Masaledaar anda curry jo roti paratha ya chawal ke sath ban jaye ek complete comfort meal !

Ingredients:

4 boil eggs 

2 medium onion (finely chopped )

2 tomato pureed 

1 tsp ginger garlic paste.

2 tsp oil

Salt to taste

Masalas;

1/2 -tsp spoon turmaric

1  -  tsp red chilli powder

1- tsp coriander powder

1/2 -tsp garam masala

1 - tsp kasuri methi 

Fresh coriander for garnish 


Step by step Recipe:

Egg ko boil kar k peel kar lein.

Halka sa cut lagakar thoda sa fry karein oil mein (optional for texture)


Step 2 .masala base

Pan main oil garam karein. Onion dalkar golden brown hone tak bhune 

 Ginger garlic paste dalkar 1 min bhune.

Ab tomato puree daal kar  masale (haldi ,mirchi ,dhaniya) add karein

4 - 5 min tak bhune  jab tak oil seprate hojaye 


Step 3:gravy cook karein

Thoda sa pani daal kar gravy ko boil karein

Kasuri methi or garam masala daal kar mix kare 

Ab boil egg daal kar cook kare 5 min


Step 4:Garnish & serve

Hara dhaniya daal kar serve kare.


Tips :
